Terms of Service

Please read this page in full before creating an account or making a purchase.

1. About this service

WarRock Nostalgia is an independent, non-commercial community server. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Nexon or any original rights holder of WarRock. It is provided on a best-effort, "as is" basis by volunteers, with no uptime or availability guarantee.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. Accounts are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at any time, for violations of these terms or for behavior that harms the server or its community — including cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment, or chargeback abuse (see Section 4).

3. Acceptable use

No cheating, exploiting, botting, or use of unauthorized third-party software. No harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior toward other players or staff. No attempting to disrupt, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the server or other players' accounts. Violating these rules may result in a warning, suspension, or permanent ban at staff discretion, without compensation for any lost purchases.

4. WNC purchases are final

All purchases of WarRock Nostalgia Cash (WNC) are final and non-refundable. This applies without exception, including but not limited to:

  • Accidental or unwanted purchases
  • Dissatisfaction with the game, an item, or the service
  • Account suspension or termination for any reason, including rule violations
  • Service downtime, maintenance, or discontinuation of the server

No chargebacks. Filing a PayPal dispute or chargeback after receiving WNC is treated as fraud against the service. We reserve the right to immediately and permanently suspend any account associated with a chargeback or payment dispute, and to refuse service to that player in the future.

No cash value. WNC has no monetary value outside the game, cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted back into real money, gift cards, or any other currency, and cannot be transferred between accounts.

By completing a WNC purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this section.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the server will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times, and are not liable for any loss of progress, items, or currency resulting from bugs, downtime, or discontinuation of the service.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
